Rada Thomas

Possessing a true affinity for sales, Rada Thomas has an extraordinary knack for connecting with people on their terms. But that's not so surprising considering she was roller-skating around her community selling Avon to her neighbors at the age of 14. Later, she started her own company where she created and sold clay keepsakes of children's hand- and foot-prints, worked as a leasing agent, and eventually was drawn to direct sales.

But it wasn't so much that Rada chose sales as that it chose her. The ultimate conversationalist, her early experiences connecting with customers accelerated a natural aptitude for customer service. Rada also learned, early on, that while making a sale is great, "it's the people you come in contact with that really matter." All of which combines to make the role of iacunato/mclane sales manager and Rada Thomas a perfect match.
