“I have found adventure in flying, in world travel, in business, and even
close at hand... Adventure is a state of mind – and spirit.”

The role of developing, implementing and managing proactive public relations plans and strategies is especially well suited to Gayle's adventurous spirit—and one that she embraces daily with characteristic zest. One of those rare people who approaches right and left brain activities with equal ease and dexterity, Gayle sees a clear path leading from childhood to her PR / communications career (save a brief stint as a steak house prep cook, specializing in Chart House salad dressing and mud pies). She's enjoyed words and writing since elementary school, while also enthusiastically exercising her analytic and organizational skills. So it's no surprise to Gayle—or anyone who's worked with her—that her affinity for words and attention to detail led to life as a marketing professional. Gayle has more than 15 years of experience in marketing, focusing on communications, public relations, management and business development. She has extensive experience in health care, managed care, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical equipment/supplies and related industries. Over the years, Gayle has worked with companies such as PacifiCare Health Systems, Prescription Solutions and Dade Behring. She has an MBA in Marketing and Management, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing, both from the California State University in Fullerton. |
"A man whom I have known for many years and remains a good friend today. He has supported and encouraged me through the good times and the bad, and has helped me make good choices that have led to a full and happy existence." "Absolutely traveling and exploring new cultures, new places and savoring new experiences." "I love Out of Africa because the heroine overcame so much and the cinematography is amazing. Actress is Meryl Streep... singer is Eric Clapton (do I really need to explain either of these?). Favorite book is 1,000 Places to See Before you Die—or any book that lets me dream about where to go next. And I enjoy the touching humor of Gray's Anatomy" "People who have a victim mentality or who won't take any responsibility for what happens to them in their life . . . who let life take them where it will, rather than trying to influence their life's direction." "I think I'd be well suited to photojournalism because I love travel and adventure, I'm a good writer, pretty good with my camera and a bit of a risk taker. Would never want to do road construction. It's very hard physically and you have to work in the hot sun a lot." | |
