Sales Manager/Account Executive

High-octane Rapporteur • Collaborative Communicator • Lasting Impressionist

Diane Pearce

With her unwavering "git'er done" philosophy, Diane has been exceeding quotas, increasing performance and redefining expectations throughout her dozen-plus years in the health care field.

Admittedly, Diane's always been drawn to communicating with people. As a student, she chose to study in Freiburg, Germany and learn the language in order to fully understand what it's like to live outside the United States. As a communications professional, she also speaks the "language" of those at the organizations she works with, has a unique appreciation for their challenges and exceptional respect for their time.

Having worked with both Debby and Judy in "previous lives," Diane can also speak to their expertise and experience from a first-hand perspective. And Diane's enthusiasm is, undoubtedly, one of many reasons why she is a true connoisseur of making a lasting connection with iacunato/mclane clients.

Diane has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Arts/Speech from the University of Wisconsin and attended Albert Ludwig's Universitat in Freiburg, Germany.

"My Father was a Mechanical Contractor and Civil Engineer by trade, who owned his own heating and air conditioning firm that struggled during the recession in the 70s and early 80s. He supported higher education, good grades—and, above all, doing the right thing for his family of seven." "My three boys—ages 13, 11 and 6—and my husband, Greg, who is Senior Plans Examiner and Building Code Specialist for PC & Associates." "I love the original Terminator movie—and Arnold Schwarzenegger." "Those who expect hand-outs, feel entitled or believe they are a victim while all the time doing nothing to help themselves." "Definitely broadcast journalism. I always loved the idea of describing the news or latest event on television with colorful and passionate language! Would never want to work in accounting... it's too black and white, restrained."
