Inter Valley Health Plan

PROJECT:

Refine and refresh the visual identity of the brand

GOAL:

Inter Valley operates a Medicare Advantage Health Plan in a very crowded and commoditized marketplace. Having been in the market for 30 years, they have a relatively low awareness level. Their promotions over the years have focused more on specific benefits of the plan rather than on creating a differentiated position in the minds of consumers. The goal of the rebranding effort was to update their positioning and key messages, and to refresh their visual identity in such a way that the combined effect will help distinguish them amid the competition, as well as create a presence within the younger, age-in market.

APPROACH:

Since Inter Valley had done a lot of research previously, there was a great deal of information to explore. Additionally, a competitive review was conducted. Based on all the findings, recommendations were made for updating the IVHP positioning and key messages.

DELIVERABLES:

The visual identity was refreshed including a new logo, web design and collateral materials.
