“Creativity is a lot like looking at the world through a kaleidoscope. You look at a set of elements, the same ones everyone else sees, but then reassemble those floating bits and pieces into an enticing new possibility.” —Rosabeth Moss Kanter

Jill Burch

Rumor is Jill was born with a crayon in her hand, so it's not surprising that she began painting in earnest at the ripe old age of seven and now boasts nearly 25 years of success in her field. Possessing a true passion for the unlimited possibilities of creativity and inspired design, she finds life at iacunato/mclane— blending the opportunity to do what she loves to do with a virtually limitless flow of projects—a perfect fit.

An award-winning designer, Jill's passion for the creative process is evident in the quality and depth of her projects for iacunato/mclane clients. Her passions also extend beyond the drawing board to giving back to those in need. For Jill, opportunities like traveling to Fiji to pass out free wheelchairs, visit small village hospitals and playing with disabled children count among her greatest accomplishments. (She also makes a mean Dutch Baby pancake!)

"My Tutu (grandma) and my Dad, who taught us by example. It was all about family and good moral values—work hard, be considerate of others, love what you do, do it well." "Obviously being creative—whether it's painting, building a sandcastle or working on the computer, I strive to bring creativity into everything I do, from cooking and gardening, to decorating and fashion. Also love the outdoors, especially golfing, surfing and any water-related sports, including running my dogs on the beach—they love the sand and surf too!" "Movie would be On Golden Pond, actress is Audrey Hepburn (who didn't love her!) and book is The Red Tent. As for music—Lenny Kravitz, Van Morrison and Jimmy Buffett—yes, I'm a parrothead!" "Being around lazy people!" "I would do charity work full time. Not sure what it would be, but some sort of giving back. And I absolutely would never work in a morgue!"
